Below are the rules and terms relating to "Assets" which in this context refers to
3D Models, Textures, Materials, Scenes, Character Sets, Animations, 3D Scans, Audio, and Music
on this website that can be downloaded.

--Rule #1: Attribution--
You may download any and all Assets and use them in your own content, projects, and commercial products, as long as you give credit to TC Blox Studios for their use, in the projects/media you use them in.

This can include the inclusion of a link to our website in the description of a YouTube video,
or the inclusion of a link to https://www.tc-blox.net in the projects/media our Assets are used in.
​
Along with the link to the website, you must also include the name of the brand, "TC Blox Studios", in the credits.
​
(Summary: If you use Assets in your own projects, even commercial, you must credit TC Blox Studios with a link to us in said project.)

--Rule #2: Redistribution--
You are allowed to download and include our Assets in your own commercial projects, of any kind, as long as they are included in a greater/larger project, and not available for download on their own.

You are not allowed to re-sell or redistribute any of the Assets from our website on their own.
If you download specific Assets from our website, you are not allowed to redistribute them on their own.
​
You are not allowed to exercise any copyright protection over our Assets or any other forms of media created by TC Blox Studios.
​
(Basically, if you sell a game that includes our Assets in it, you may sell the game freely, however you may
not exercise ownership over the Assets themselves.)

--Rule #3: Terms Changes--
TC Blox Studios and it's Administrators, as well as Founders, reserve the right to modify the Asset License at any time.
We recommend you check the Asset License terms for any updates whenever you download copies of Assets from our website to use in your own projects.

However, any and all changes to the Asset License shall not apply retroactively to copies of Assets you have already downloaded and have on your device/s.

Those specific copies of Assets will continue to be limited by the Asset License that was active at the time you download them.
